On select nights the Surrell Pop-up comes alive and Chef Aaron Tekulve showcases his take on Modern American Cuisine using the very best Pacific Northwest products.  The dinners explore the terroir of the Pacific Northwest with most menus highlighting what is best in season in the two week period around the time of the dinner. During the year there are several single ingredient dinners where 1 ingredient is highlighted over 7 courses exploring it’s diversity and versatility. Join us May 30th for a very special 8 course tasting menu experience. This will be a very intimate experience for only 8 guests at each of the two seatings that night. Along with the tasting menu a delicious Washington wine pairing will accompany it for those who may be interested.
