On select nights the Surrell Pop-up comes alive and Chef Aaron Tekulve showcases his take on Modern American Cuisine using the very best Pacific Northwest products.  The dinners explore the terroir of the Pacific Northwest with most menus highlighting what is best in season in the two week period around the time of the dinner. During the year there are several single ingredient dinners where 1 ingredient is highlighted over 7 courses exploring it’s diversity and versatility. Some of the featured ingredients have been Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Beets, Squash and Citrus. Partnering with some of our fantastic Washington wineries such as Cairdeas Winery, Delille Cellars, JM Cellars and Mark Ryan Winery along with our amazing farms like Steel Wheel, Willowwood and Whistle Train Chef Aaron Tekulve and Surrell providesa unique, creative and delicious experience. AUGUST 1ST & 2ND THE BOUSHEY WINEMAKERS DINNER

Join us and special guests Dick and Luanne Boushey for a very special night highlighting 4 winemakers and their amazing wines using the fruit from Boushey Vineyards. The winemakers will include Charlie and Lacey Lybecker of Caidreas Winery, Mari Womack of Damsel Cellars, Kevin White of Kevin White Winery and Lisa Callan of Callan Cellars. Chef Aaron Tekulve will showcase a 6 course tasting menu highlighting the amazing Pacific Northwest bounty paired with these great wines at the Marian Built Loft. This dinner will be limited to only 24 guests and will include chef's counter seating. Your ticket will include the 6 course tasting menu and the wine pairing.

*A vegetarian and pescatarian menu will both be offered in addition to this omnivore’s menu. Please note that we do our best to accommodate most all dietary concerns, if you are someone with extremely allergies please email us first before purchasing tickets so we can make sure this menu will be able to accommodate you.


AUGUST 8TH THE DARBY WINERY & TWO VINTNERS WINEMAKERS DINNER

Join us for a very special night highlighting two fantastic winemakers Darby English of Darby Winery and Morgan Lee of Two Vintners. They will showcase a series of each of their wines paired with a 7 course tasting menu by Chef Aaron Tekulve highlighting the amazing Pacific Northwest summer bounty at the Marian Built Loft.  This dinner will be limited to only 24 guests.  (Your ticket will include the 7 course tasting menu dinner a value of $99 and wine pairing a value of $50).
