On select nights the Surrell Pop-up comes alive and Chef Aaron Tekulve showcases his take on Modern American Cuisine using the very best Pacific Northwest products. The dinners explore the terroir of the Pacific Northwest with most menus highlighting what is best in season in the two week period around the time of the dinner.
