On select nights the Surrell Pop-up comes alive and Chef Aaron Tekulve showcases his take on Modern American Cuisine using the very best Pacific Northwest products. The dinners explore the terroir of the Pacific Northwest with most menus highlighting what is best in season in the two week period around the time of the dinner. During the year there are several single ingredient dinners where 1 ingredient is highlighted over 7 courses exploring it’s diversity and versatility. Some of the featured ingredients have been Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Beets, Squash and Citrus. Join us for this very special night in April where special guest chef Kano Adkisson of Kano joins chef Aaron Tekulve to present an exciting spring tasting menu experience. Aaron and Kane met and became friends at the 2 Michelin Star restaurant Coi in San Francisco when Aaron spent the month of December there in 2015.
