Partnering with some of the very best farmers and winemakers in Washington like Chris Upchurch of Delille Cellars and Mark Ryan of Mark Ryan Winery Surrell provides a special experience that demonstrates some of the very best that is happening in food and wine in the Pacific Northwest. Chef Aaron Tekulve of Surrell collaborates with a Washington winemaker to provide a unique Chef's Table experience for a special group of guests. The Surrell Pop-up will be all over Seattle in 2017 and will continue its pursuit demonstrating Chef Tekulve's creative New American Cuisine and partnering with some of the very best Pacific Northwest farmers, ranchers, winemakers and chefs.
