A little background on the Chef:

Chef Aaron Tekulve has worked at some of the very best restaurants in Seattle including time as Sous Chef at Lark with John Sundstrom, Canlis and apprentice to Lauren Thompson Chef de Cuisine of Café Juanita to name a few.  The Surrell Pop-up restaurant explores the amazing Pacific Northwest ingredients through a multiple course tasting menu paired with wonderful wines from one of our local winemakers and around the world. Those winemakers have included Delille Cellars, JM Cellars, Darby Winery, Guardian Cellars, aMaurice Cellars, Sparkman and more. The tasting menus and wines change every month to showcase the very best ingredients at the height of their season.
