Surrell is a restaurant focused on telling the story of the Pacific Northwest bounty through a tasting menu very focused on seasonality, a wine list exclusively of Washington wines and warm hospitality. Menus are inspired by the seasonality of the Pacific Northwest. Working hand in hand with our farmers, ranchers and foragers we do our best to showcase the amazing diversity of where we live. Below is a sampling of ingredients each season that excite us. There are moments in between each of these seasons when one season meets another.
